To our guards, we are committed to providing trainings and support so you are confident and composed in every situation that the job might throw at you. Here at Composed Security Solutions, we understand the value of our guards. We believe the company's foundation is our guard force and therefore we respect the work you all do each and every single day. This company is proudly built by guards, each of the executive team members has started their security career as an unarmed security guard, doing foot patrols, writing reports, just like you. Our Mission with our guards is to provide a space for you to feel valued and grasp the understanding that your work matters not only to the company or the client, but to our community.
Meet The Founders
Our Founders created a company for guards because they were guards. This means they have a deeper understanding of the job from a guard's perspective and are able to give client's realistic expectations.
Dominique Cabrera
Managing Director
Dominique has been in the security industry for over 10 years. She started her career at 19 years old as a tribal security guard for a local indigenous tribe and found her passion for the industry. She then spent the following six years learning everything she could about it. From Hospital, Crisis Unit, Emergency Response, Casino, Vehicle Patrol, Non-Profit Security and more, raising through the ranks as she did. Being indigenous herself and a tribal member of Stewarts Point Rancheria; she realized that she wanted to share her passion with her people and create a company that guards would be proud to say they were a part of.
Eileen Doyle
Human Resources Operations
Eileen Doyle is the Co-Founder of Composed Security Solutions, a company founded on a deep passion for protecting people and property. Driven by firsthand experience with the shortcomings of traditional security services, Eileen set out to create a company that prioritizes professionalism, accountability, and genuine care. Under her and Dominique's leadership, Composed Security Solutions delivers dependable on-site guard services with a focus on proactive protection and a strong, reassuring presence. Eileen’s mission is clear: to raise the standard of physical security by putting people first and ensuring every client feels safe, seen, and supported.
